About CyberFriends.com Service:
CyberFriends.com is an online service designed to provide an easy and anonymous way for our members to find friends
on the Web. Our members create their own unique profiles and the site provides several tools to find friends using
these member profiles. In order to provide this functionality, we must ask for certain information. None of the
information we gather can be used by the general public to identify specific individuals. All visitors to
CyberFriends.com can browse the site and use its various features without entering any personal information.
CyberFriends.com web site is designed to be a completely anonymous site. As such, members are not allowed to provide or
use their email addresses (or URLs) anywhere on the site. CyberFriends.com does provide a way of exchanging private email
addresses through the "Request Email Address Exchange" option. CyberFriends.com has a word and email address filter that
tries to block URLs, email addresses and curse words(these filters may remove genuine sections of words which
CyberFriends.com is not responsible for.)
WE WILL CANCEL THE ACCOUNTS OF MEMBERS WHO ARE FOUND OR REPORTED TO BE USING/PROVIDING EMAIL ADDRESSES OR URLs AT
ANY LOCATION OF THE SITE OTHER THAN THROUGH "Request Email Address Exchange" OPTION.
Information Collected by CyberFriends.com:
CyberFriends.com gathers some general public information such gender, age, ethnicity, appearance, etc. A lot of this
information is optional and it cannot be used to identify a particular individual. This information is visible to
other members/visitors and is used by various features of the site.
CyberFriends.com also asks for your email address. This email address, however, is confidential and is NOT published
on CyberFriends.com site. It is used ONLY to validate you as a valid user and for contact between you and the
CyberFriends.com staff. All the communications between CyberFriends.com members take place via the "Message Center"
provided by the CyberFriends.com site.
In addition to the above, the CyberFriends.com site collects some additional information that is
not personally identifiable, such as IP address, browser type, service provider, pages visited, etc.
This information is used for general site administration and for providing/supporting the various features offered
by the CyberFriends.com site.
In all of the above cases, we do not sell, rent, share, trade or give away any of this information except where
you are expressly informed otherwise.
Information Provided and Maintained by Members:
All CyberFriends.com members create their personal profiles. CyberFriends.com has no control on the information provided by
members in their profiles or exchanged between members via email, guestbook or chat messages. As such, CyberFriends.com is
not responsible for the accuracy or quality of information on the site. We do, however, reserve the right to remove any
information or cancel any membership on the basis of information that we or our members consider in-appropriate or offensive.
CyberFriends.com allow users to modifying thier profiles at their own convenience. Members can also cancel or temporarily
disable their membership at any time.
CyberFriends.com allows members to upload up to five photographs for their profile. Members are encouraged to do so for
better response from other members. Uploading photographs is optional and CyberFriends.com is, in no way, responsible
for the quality or consequences of uploading a photograph. We do, however, reserve the right to remove any photographs
or to cancel any membership on the basis of photographs that do not conform to the photograph upload guidelines identified
in the "Help/Frequently Asked Questions" section of the site.

CyberFriends.com site is best viewed with current versions of all major browsers such as Internet Explorer, FireFox, Safari or Chrome browsers.
The site can be browsed without these features but we strongly recommend our users to turn on these browser features to
fully enjoy the CyberFriends.com site. .
A cookie is a piece of information stored on the user's hard drive containing information about the user that is not
personally identifiable. CyberFriends.com use browser and session cookies to provide and support advance features of the site
such as remembering username, user preferences for searching and browsing members, etc. The users can reject cookies and
still use the site although that might limit their ease of use of the site. Once the browser is closed, the session cookies are
automatically terminated, however, the browser cookies are kept for remembering your preferences for your later visits.
We also use third party advertisements on CyberFriends.com. Our advertising partners include Google Adsense. Some of
may also capture additional information that is not personally identifiable, such as IP address, browser type, service provider,
