I love to read, James Patterson, Dean Koontz, & Karen Roberts are a few of my favorites. I like movies that make me laugh, cry, & grip the edge of my seat. I love nature; walks, hikes, just sitting back and listening with all my senses. I like storms, rain, thunder, lightening, winds. Animals.

Exercise, temp. above 88 and lower than 32 degrees, & bitter cold winds. When people don't notice the beauty around them; the colors, the scents, the sounds. Being rushed, being late, city drivers on country winding roads. Music that you can't understand what is being said & trashy tv shows/movies.
